The property analysis will help us achieve a very important condition when selling the property.

Your home will have an Enhanced listing on Realtor.com. I provide homebuyers with what they want most online - multiple photos and detailed property descriptions. All my clients benefit from these enhancements on the leading real estate site, REALTOR.com®. The listing will also be available via IDX (Internet data exchange) on all other brokers web sites in Santa Fe that subscribe to IDX. So when buyers search for homes for sale your listing will be available for viewing.
Your home will be showcased on the Internet with its own unique URL (Web site). The site will include the same pictures and description as the one on Realtor.com. This will allow me to place this link on the QR scan tag and all printed material.
